The ability has been added to change/copy the Property Type in the Mass Change utility for Properties.
This is done by knowing the OID of the PropCode and specifying it in the change fields (as either a change to a checked row, or a copy of that checked row to another PropType).
For the Query, you still use the PropCodes (like ~AIRI~), but in the change fields, you use field “Type” and change the OID values (for example, ~AIRI~ is OID 6 from the Attached spreadsheet, so if you were changing the Type from ~AIRI~ (OID 6) to ~CONR~ (OID 8), your “From” Type would be 6 and your “To” Type would be 8.
This should let you find all the Types for one PropType and copy them, changing the PropType to another PropType as you wish.
