The Home page is designed to be a center of information and action within SureFire ISS. It is made of Six Sections, each with it's own information and possible actions. Click on the headers below for more information about each Section.
- Recent Documents - is an up-to-date list of the 10 most recent Quotes, Orders and Invoices that you have created or made changes to. You can click on ANY of the documents in the list and jump to that document to make changes. (Documents can also be accessed via their corresponding tabs. (Quotes, Orders, Invoices).
- Installations Scheduled - Installations Scheduled is a list of the 10 Most Recent Installations that have been scheduled. To view the entire list or make changes, simply click on the "Installs" tab at the top of the screen.
- Service Scheduled - Service Scheduled is a list of the 10 Most Recent Services that have been scheduled. To view the entire list or make changes, simply click on the "Service" tab at the top of the screen.
- Preferences - Preferences contains information regarding your account with SureFire ISS. This is information and settings about your users, billing, and account setup items.
- Messages - Messages/Notifications is where SureFire ISS will notify you of certain events that occur in the system. To view a full listing of the events you can be notified of, or to turn these events on or off, simply click the "Message Types to View" button at the bottom of the section. To Mark a Notification as "Read" click on that line in the box, and it will make it disappear.
- Users - Users displays the current user accounts that you have created for your SureFire ISS Account. You can make changes to, or add new users simply by clicking the "Jump to User Setup" button at the bottom.
