Quotes: Documents entered into the system, with the possibility of becoming an order, once approved by the customer.
Orders: Either a converted quote, or entered directly. They are documents that may contain one or more manufacturer's products, and are ready to become purchase orders.
Purchase Orders: Orders that are being placed directly with the manufacturer. There can never be more than one Vendor on a Purchase Order.
